Terms and Conditions for Cable.co.uk review prize draw

These terms and conditions govern the Cable.co.uk Review Prize Draw (the "Giveaway") organised by Existent Ltd (trading as Cable.co.uk). By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Existent Ltd (trading as Cable.co.uk) is offering participants the chance to win a £50 Amazon Gift Card by submitting a review about their experience with Cable.co.uk's comparison service or call centre advice.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Existent Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

• To enter the giveaway, participants must submit a review about Cable.co.uk's comparison service or call centre advice via the link provided in the giveaway email.
• The review must be genuine and based on the participant's actual experience with Cable.co.uk.
• There is no minimum word count for the review, but it must be informative.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Selection Process

• A random draw will be conducted on the last day of each month to select one winner from all eligible entries received during that month.
• The draw will be conducted by an online tool.

5. Prize

• The winner will receive a £50 Amazon Gift Card, delivered electronically via email.
• The gift card is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.
• No cash alternative will be offered.

6. Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
• The winner will be required to respond by email with their contact details.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Existent Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Existent Ltd's Rights

• Existent Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions.
• Such amendments will be notified to entrants within 7 days of the change.
• If an entrant is unhappy with the updated terms and conditions, they can withdraw their entry by emailing support@cable.co.uk.

8. Judge's Decision

• The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Publicity

• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the giveaway, including social media and the Cable.co.uk website.

10. Winner Announcement

• The winner's name will be available 28 days after the last day of each month by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Existent Ltd, 5 Parkside Court, Greenhough Road, Lichfield, WS13 7FE. Please include the month of the giveaway in your request.

11. Disclaimer

• Existent Ltd is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
• Existent Ltd is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the Amazon Gift Card.

13. General

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
